who are we ?
We are a revitalised music and creative services collective built for what’s next. Since being rejuvenated, we’ve taken time to reflect on how to navigate the shifting tides of the music and creative world. After much deliberation, we’ve been busy behind the scenes—building, experimenting, and preparing for the future.
Established in Sydney in 2018, we’ve grown through a time when culture is shifting, technology is reshaping, and the rules of music and creativity are changing daily. We support artists and creatives in cutting through the noise and building sustainable careers true to their vision.
Now based in the Northern Rivers / South-East Queensland, with deep UK connections, we’ve supported indie and electronic artists through events, community initiatives, and partnerships. Throughout our first year, we ran a multitude of events supporting organisations like Endometriosis Australia, Shelter UK, Youth Off The Streets, WWF, Currumbin Wildlife Hospital, and the Black Dog Institute—something we aim to continue in 2026.
Adaptability, resilience, and future fluency guide us. Alongside management and services, we’re building Pitch & Progress (a creative incubator, venue, and social platform) and Residents Desk (an app connecting Australia’s music and creative community). Together, they lay the foundations for a future where culture, technology, and creative integrity grow side by side.
what inspires us?
we’re deeply committed to the growth of australian music and creativity
australian music and creativity have been through a hard stretch, but their strength and potential remain undeniable. the talent here runs deep, and the community around it is just as powerful. our role is to connect the old and the new—linking established approaches with emerging tools and technologies—so artists and creatives can spend their energy on making, not just fighting to keep their heads above water.
our community projects exist to lift up emerging voices and strengthen the backbone of australia’s music and creative industries.
in a world that feels more digital and disconnected every day, live music and real creative connection still matter. they’re what build strong, lasting communities. so as the industry navigates this clusterf&$k of change, we’re keeping things grounded—mentorship, tools, and growth opportunities for artists and creatives; spaces where live events aren’t just “shows” but genuine meeting points; and promoting australian voices globally, keeping michael gudinski’s vision alive while shaping it for now.
our north star is simple: help australian music and creativity adapt, grow, and thrive.
guiding principles
our approach - we work holistically. management, events, pr, marketing—we cover it, but always with the artist in control. we connect them to creative direction, promotion, distribution, live shows, and professional growth, but never at the cost of their vision. every plan is shaped together.
adapting together - the industry changes by the week. we stay awake to new tools—ai, new distribution, new ways to get paid—so artists don’t get blindsided. we keep strategies practical, current, and flexible.
collaboration always - we don’t go it alone. we partner with collectives, orgs, and industry peers to keep the scene resilient and open. knowledge-sharing, joint projects, cross-sector work—it’s how we stay inclusive, sustainable, and future-ready.
our compass
Our Ethos - Our activity is built on a foundation of creativity, collaboration, and community. We believe in artistic integrity, inclusivity, and sustainable growth, ensuring that artists have the tools and support they need to thrive. With expertise spanning artist management, touring, event curation, marketing, and content creation, we take a holistic approach—empowering artists, brands, and subcultures while strengthening their connection with audiences.
Our Mission - Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive space within the music industry—one that amplifies diverse voices, celebrates individuality, and provides tangible opportunities for artists and creative projects to flourish. We are committed to fostering genuine connections, bridging gaps between artists and audiences, and ensuring that creativity remains at the heart of everything we do.
Our Vision - We envision a thriving, artist-first creative culture where Australian music is both globally recognised and sustainable. Through initiatives championing authenticity, innovation, and social impact, we strive to contribute to the industry’s evolution—creating pathways that empower emerging and established artists to build meaningful, long-term careers.

our north star is simple: help australian music and creativity adapt, grow, and thrive.
guiding principles
our approach - we work holistically. management, events, pr, marketing—we cover it, but always with the artist in control. we connect them to creative direction, promotion, distribution, live shows, and professional growth, but never at the cost of their vision. every plan is shaped together.
adapting together - the industry changes by the week. we stay awake to new tools—ai, new distribution, new ways to get paid—so artists don’t get blindsided. we keep strategies practical, current, and flexible.
collaboration always - we don’t go it alone. we partner with collectives, orgs, and industry peers to keep the scene resilient and open. knowledge-sharing, joint projects, cross-sector work—it’s how we stay inclusive, sustainable, and future-ready.
Through initiatives championing authenticity, innovation, and social impact, we strive to contribute to the industry’s evolution—creating pathways that empower emerging and established artists to build meaningful, long-term careers.
who are we ?
We are a revitalised music and creative services collective built for what’s next. Born in the cracks of the pandemic, we rebuilt for a time when culture is shifting, tech is reshaping, and the rules of music and creativity change daily. We support artists and creatives in cutting through the noise and building sustainable careers true to their vision.
Based in the Northern Rivers and South-East Queensland, with links to the UK, we’ve been active since 2018—supporting indie and electronic artists through events, community initiatives, and partnerships with organisations like Endometriosis Australia, Shelter UK, Youth Off The Streets, WWF, Currumbin Wildlife Hospital, and Black Dog Institute.
Adaptability, resilience, and future fluency guide us. Alongside management and services, we’re building Pitch & Progress (a creative incubator, venue, and social platform) and Residents Desk (an app connecting Australia’s music and creative community). Together, they lay foundations for a future where culture, technology, and integrity grow side by side.
what inspires us?
we’re deeply committed to the growth of australian music and creativity
australian music and creativity have been through a hard stretch, but their strength and potential remain undeniable. the talent here runs deep, and the community around it is just as powerful. our role is to connect the old and the new—linking established approaches with emerging tools and technologies—so artists and creatives can spend their energy on making, not just fighting to keep their heads above water.
our community projects exist to lift up emerging voices and strengthen the backbone of australia’s music and creative industries.
in a world that feels more digital and disconnected every day, live music and real creative connection still matter. they’re what build strong, lasting communities. so as the industry navigates this clusterf&$k of change, we’re keeping things grounded—mentorship, tools, and growth opportunities for artists and creatives; spaces where live events aren’t just “shows” but genuine meeting points; and promoting australian voices globally, keeping michael gudinski’s vision alive while shaping it for now.
